WIFi problems with my DELL XPS m1330

Sometimes I cannot surf the web.Internet explorer and Google Chrome remain searching, and the repair utility of Vista indicates that everything is working OK .
When this happens, Skype and Windows live messenger remain connected !!!
After a restart, the problem is fixed for few hours.
