  1. If only it were that easy!  No, it doesn't help.  You should get a flea and tick repellent from your vet.

  2. you can't afford flee shampoo? omg. you can afford internet servcice, but can't shell out $8.00 bucks or so for flea shampoo? go figure.

  3. Have you looked at the price of vegetable oil? Use dawn or human shampoo. It isn't a great solution, but it will help. Dandruff shampoo will kill fleas...don't know about killing ticks.

  4. Sorry but this will not get rid of the fleas...

Flea shampoos do not work...what they do is get rid of fleas on your dog at that moment and that moment only so it is very common to see fleas on your dog a few hours to days later.

Flea medication from the vet is the best solution. what they do is either kill the adult fleas when they bite your dog or make it so their eggs can not hatch.

Vacuuming can be helpful..but you need to make sure the filters are flea free and the bags are tightly sealed and thrown away.

Also you need to treat all animals in your house. So if you have a cat or another dog...or even a rabbit they need to ebtreated as well.

  5. Try Dawn dish washing soap if it's just for one day but don't do it constantly it's really bad for their skin if you use oil it cost like 5 dollars for the generic dog shampoo try that at least but don't use oil it drys out their skin.
