I AM A DISABLED FEMALE AND USED ALL OF MY MONEY TO RESTORE OR REMODEL MY MOMS HOUSE AND THE GUY TOOK ALL MY MONEY AND TORE THE HOUSE APART AND LEFT IT THAT WAY I TOOK HIM TO COURT BUT NEVER RECEIVED ANY THING FROM HIM..I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO..HELP PLEASE......

You need to contact the police or authorities and let them know of the situation. You paid your money for a service that wasn't done. It's a true injustice and you need to fix this situation now.

Unfortunately, the cops consider this kind of thing a civil matter and you have to sue.  And even if you sue, these rat b&$%tards declare bankruptcy and change their company name and you often get nothing.

Try TV news shows like ABC News' "7 On Your Side" - sometimes they can pressure these jerks to pay you or at least fix the problem.

One show that might help you is on HGTV - it's called Holmes on Homes.  He goes around rescuing homeowners who've been ripped off by criminal or incompetent contractors.  He mainly works out of Canada, though.
