WLAN program

Question

Only way to enable WLAN feature on my Fuji laptop is to hit Fn / F1 whch then runs a program enabling me to switch on wireless or bluetooth. Can someone tell me what program hitting Fn / F1 runs (so that I can create a desktop shortcut rathe than hitting Fn / F1 as I often use the laptop via separate keyboard / monitor with the lid closed).
