WOMENS RUGBY LEAGUE- where??

Question

Hi I was just wondering if there are any womens rugby league teams near the SK4 area (Manchester) . I have found loads in Salford, Oldham and Wigan but they are too far to travel.

As someone wrote there is a team in rochdale called hillside hawks, if you type the name into a search engine and go on their website they have links to other teams in the league. Hope that helps.

Have you tried union teams? I had trouble finding a league team so i went to union, i struggled with the rules at first but now i love it.

there are some contact numbers and they might have details of any clubs round manchester if they play them.

you have more of a chance playing union, as there are far more women's union clubs than league.

Hey sorry that you can't find a womans team near you, unfortunately as you say the nearset teams are on the other side of Manchester I guess Oldham or Salford are your nearest but that is about 12 miles isn't it.

I live down South & we have a team down in ST.Albans in Hertfordshire part of the mighty Centurions network.

I used to travel 22 miles each way to play a game.

theres one in rochdale i think there called hillside, i dont no how far away from machester that is. i used to play for a team in st.helens and played against them a few times.
