WORK OUT ROUTINE HELP for SOCCER PLAYER?

I just turned 16 years old and am persuing a professional soccer career. i already have university scholoship offers. about 2 months ago in a tournoment i broke my tibia and fibula right in the middle and had to get a surgery and put plates in. im tryin to strenghen my upper body now while i cant do any excersices that would put any pressure on my leg area. im 6'1 and 180 lbs with almost no excess body fat. i would like ot learn a routien to do to keep strengthin my upper body for now> thank u

  1. Most reputable gyms can make a specialized program for you, but "Total Football Fitness" is a good and thorough introduction to weightlifting and advanced cardio for soccer as well some diet notes


  2. at 16, your the perfect age to start training with weights id say

    go to bodybuilding.com - its not all about getting massive

    it has alot of different and interesting articles on actually developing the muscles for football players amongst other sports

    my advice to you is to do alot of core work to keep your upper and lower body coordinated
