  1. Mum is wroing, she has made it sound more confusing, as well as introducing a spelling error.

    "Working hours will be changed, beginning on  1 June 2008" or however you like the date formatted, but usually if you are putting dashes between the parts of the date you only write the numbers, not '1st', but just '1', not '2nd', just '2' etc.


  2. New working hours will be effective from 1st June 2008.

  3. Its ok but this would sound better

    Effective 1/6/08 working hours will be ammended.......
