WORMS in my kitchen, HELP!!!!!?

Question

today for the first time ever, i have seen worms in my kitchen's ceiling and some on the cupboard, i was horrifed and emptied the whole kitchen and cleaned everywhere... now i went back to the kitchen and i saw some more in the ceiling!!!!

i mean my kitchen is always kept clean and i NEVER leave any food uncovered or outside the fridge..where the h**l are they coming from??? and what should i do to get rid of them??
