This is all I could find (it echoes the Wikepedia article):

He [Charles Worth] opened the dressmaking establishment of Worth and Bobergh in 1858. Worth and Bobergh shut down during the Franco-Prussian War. It re-opened in 1871, without Bobergh, as the House of Worth.

After Charles' death, his sons took over the House.

In 1954, the House merged with Paquin.

Then in 1956 was closed.

I don't think Worth is still in the couture fashion business, so you're unlikely to find a shop in Paris.  Most Worth perfumes, such as Je Reviens, can be bought at any perfume shop anywhere in the world.  If you're in Paris try Marionnaud, a chain of perfume stores with a great range of fragrances.
