  1. An at-will employee (which I assume you are? no labor contract? no contract?) can be fired for any reason, or no reason, except reasons prohibited by law. Generally, race, religion, s*x, age, disability, etc.

The only chance I see is possibly sexual harassment, if that occurred (you said harassed in every kind of way). If the state isn't willing to take that up, you have to go alone, hopefully with a lawyer. A lawyer, who may give a free consultation, can tell you if you have a case in your state. State laws vary.

  2. If you live in an at-will state, and almost all US states are, they can legally fire you for no reason at all - and can hire their relatives to replace you if they want to.  File for unemployment, and look for another job. Good luck.

  3. why are you yelling?  and why would you want to work for a company that handles things that way?  you went to Fair Employment, and if they said that there was nothing to file about, then just look for another job.

  4. Ok, you are fighting a losing battle here.

There is no law that states an employer has to be respectful.  Basically they didn't want you working there, they were trying to get you to quit, you wouldn't quit, so they just fired you and replaced you with someone else.

Everything everything else about your story, who they hired, who else was fired, is 100% irrelevant.

Just because you are mad, and were fired, doesn't equal a lawsuit,

They don't have to keep you if they don't want you!

  5. you can file for unemployment in your state on line. Also, you can file in small claims court for wrongful termination. No attorney is necessary.
