  1. It sounds like you have some kind of third-party programing intercepting the site before displaying the page, I believe it is that program that is causing the error you are receiving. Perhaps you have a firewall or anti-virus software that for some reason is causing the issue. It could also be a ad-on toolbar or in the worst case you may have malware on your computer. Try  booting into your computer in Safe Mode, assuming you are on windows. Select Safe Mode with Networking. This should allow you to connect to the net, disable third-party softwares. Attempt to connect to that site, if you don't receive the error, you know you have third party software causing the issue.

After that, reboot into windows. Click on Start, and click on Run. Type "msconfig"

    Click on the "Startup" tab.

You'll see a list of programs. Many you need, many you do not. These programs are loaded when you boot into window.

Using a search engine look up the names of each program in that list to determine if you need it to be running. Try turning one off at a time to find out each program is causing this issue.

If you have all turned off and it still does it in normal windows mode, it's more likely malware.

  2. Also, it might be a cache file problem.  Clear your browser cache and try again.

    For IE6:

Go to Tools >> Internet Options

In the Temporary Internet Files, click on the delete files button.

    Restart IE

    For Firefox2 / Netscape 9:

Go to Tools >> Clear Private Data >> Select cache (and any other items you wish to clean out), then click Clear Private Data Now

    Restart Firefox / Netscape

    For Opera9:

Go to Tools >> Delete Private Data

Select Delete cache (and any other items you wish to clean out)

    Click on delete button

    Restart Opera

    Hope this helps
