All I can tell you is that I have Comcast.

The cable boxes are low quality and constantly break.

Then they send teenagers out to tell you that you're wrong about them being broken- until later they finally admit, yes, they're broken- and put a new one in.

Their internet works great but they are EXTREMELY dishonest. They have been proven to practice "traffic shaping"- they intentionally slow down your internet, sometimes to get you to upgrade, things like that.

Phone service is efficient.
