WOW- places where there are lvl 40 Undead in the Eastern Kingdom?

Question

I'm a level 44 Draenei Paladin in Stormwind City and I want to level up as quickly as possible. Where can I find level 40 undead and quests?

At level 40 you really only have about 3 places to choose from and that is Tanaris, Hinterlands, and Feralas. None of which have undead mobs.  Your best bet is to level as high as possible, probably around 48-49 area, and then move to Western Plaguelands.  That's where you will find you sought after undead.
