WP8060 problem

Question

I plugged my tablet into my laptop. It worked fine for a few mins with no pressure sensitivity. Then I tried to install the driver and the green LED light came on and wont go off and it quit working. I am running Vista and tried the right driver but no tablet icon shows up in my tray. I also disable my touchpad just in case it was conflicting. I am using a wireless Logitech mouse and running a DELL 1720 customized lappy. Can anyone help me pls? Need it for college...
