WRITERS! Freelance pricing?

I just graduated from college [the first half anyways] and I'm looking to start offering freelance services. I have never done this before, so I need to know a few things...

What is the typical pay for a freelance writer starting out? Any specifics on how much for what you're writing would help a lot!

I know what I can write: reviews, short stories, fiction and non, interviews, letters, etc etc, the list goes on!

Set up a website with samples of your work, and be negotiable on prices. That's a good way to get clients at first.

When I was a freelance writer in LA just out of school, my rate was $20 - $25 per hour.
