WTF IS "BRING OUT THE GIMP" SUPPOSED TO MEAN!?

ok i know its from that pulp fiction movie but i haven't seen the movie. i just read some things on the internet. im asking this cuz i found this weird little metal case that had a guy with a leather mask on and it said bring out the gimp over it. and inside the case there is a little clip... oh gawd, is that clip supposed to whack hhis ... uuh, okay ; it probably isnt, but please tell me what that thing is. dont be afraid to tell me if you know. thanks.

By the way, if you havent seen Pulp Fiction, you are missing out on a truly excellent, classic film, and by far the best thing Quentin Tarantino has ever made. its a brilliant film.

err...ye...awkward... have you seen Pulp Fiction? one of the lines in a scene is "bring out the gimp". Then some really ugly stuff happens..but not to the gimp.
