Question:

WTF is going on with the votes in Browsing?

I've been browsing for votes.

I've seen about twenty short answers of between one to five words in them followed by several dots. These questions usually involve Spurs. No disrespect to their fans.

Now this person, whose name is hidden in a vote always has the lions share of votes. Considering the poor grammer and lack of information given in these one to five word answers; I find this incredible!

Anybody care to browse then answer and add to their watch list please? I believe genuine answerer's may be getting robbed by a clone.

If someone does this there is a case for a pattern of correlation if indeed the same person is the benefactor of all this "good fortune".

I can not report to Yahoo answers without someone seconding me. I'm not a fool: This looks dubious.

Will someone vote and add about ten questions to their watch list please? If no one is prepared to check this out and take a stand with me; we are all being robbed.

If I'm wrong: No one can be accused. If I'm right: We've stopped a cheat.

The ball is in other users court.

  1. I really couldn`t care less about points and best answers just because of that fact - the fact that anyone can have multiple accounts and vote for themselves renders points and best answers and top contributor absolutely meaningless!

  2. MUFC4TITLE

  3. I know who you are talking about, it happens all the time on here - it's just someone who wants to get their best anwer ratio up so they get a TC badge (which actually means nothing) by voting for themselves, which I suppose is cheating but most users don't really care......points and TC badges on here are just an indication of how long you spend here, not how knowledgeable you are..

  4. thats not cheating just a lot S**t just to get some S***y points!

  5. Yes I have noticed something suspicious on the undecided Qs recently, definitely multiple accounts, I am also suspicious of people with thousands of points and a massive 30% best answer ratio in under 3months! Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm right.
