WTF kinda spider is this???

As I was sitting at my computer doing random internet things, I see in the corner of my eye this thing crawling down my poster. I am terrified of spiders, freaked out a grabbed a shoe... then I saw it only had 4 legs??? I took this picture hoping someone could help me figure out what the h**l this is... if it's even a spider. It is currently dead on the wall, but I am overly creeped out as I have seen NOTHING like this, ever.

That's definitely a spider, and it looks close to a regular house spider or a brown recluse.

Must've been through a couple of fights with other spiders, a centipede, or a tiger beetle or something because it's missing half its legs. :P

that is a brown recluse it looks exactly like the one that bit my father (who lost his index finger because of the bite) so it is a good thing that you killed it.

Might be a brown recluse tg you killed it cuz if it is and it bit you it cuzs your flesh to rot away. the worst spider besides the black widow.
