WTH. I can't find a single link anywhere on my Facebook page to get help from a rep. Help!!!?

My brother's account was closed and we don't know why. he respects the terms of use and its really frustrating that the facebook page doesn't have (or at least i can't see it....) a big link that says "EMAIL US HERE". It's really maddening and frustrating, but before i tell them that's stupid (along with the problem on my brother's account) i wanna make sure I'm not just super blind and am totally missing where to go... someone direct me please!

The link is at the bottom of the page (Click "Help" first, then there should be somewhere to contact them"). Yes, it's pretty hard to find though.
