If your asking for real then all you have to do is call that McDonald's and ask to speak to a manager and yell your problems at him/her by the end of this you should have your change as well as a free meal let me know how it goes. Oh yea when you speak to the manager don't leave nothing out...

Suing over $15 is stupid, mainly because it would cost more to sue the company than you'd get back.
