WW3 what would you do?

What would you do it WW3 broke out? Would you hope the USA took most of the brunt for the Allies since they have the big guns? Would you join your countries military?

The US wouldn't take the most of the brunt our allies would...if it was aginst ther European countries they can defende themselves but the Us gives them that extra wam i would and I hope every able bodied person would sign up for the military to do his/her duty to their country....

Why are you being so pessimistic MR. is there something you know that we are blissfully ignorant to? Or is it just you like to make people have a wonder full day by the thought that we are all going to die if not at least suffer some misery definitely.

My answer is;

I am too old and have already served. So I would help in my community. If invaded, take up a position with a .06 or 7mm mag., side arm and radio to communicate and coordinate with my fellow Well Armed Militia personnel and defend my home from invaders.

Kind of like Insurgents do.

it might not be like what you imagine

it might be more like some cities will be totally destroyed and I would bet Lds members are going to gather at their stakes and move to either SLC or AdamOndi

since the late great planet earth came out, ive known there will always be an atomic war. at least according to this source. there might not be a  nuclear war at all it might fire and brimstone in the size of huge Hail stones.

in whatever generation this happens i think the saint will have to gather together.

If you want to survive, try to be as from any civilization (first of all cities and military infrastructure). You also need a group of fellows eager to defend each other and fight for survival together.

Then you need a bunker, stock of food (for dozen years), medicines, seeds for further agriculture (this will NOT be possible for the first years). Water filters are a must!

And besides that you need weapons to defend your assets from other surviours.
