looks pretty good to me... I think you should buy the tickets... I mean it's Madison Square Garden... the world's most famous arena, any seat should be good there, right?

That's definitely a good seat to catch all the action as you're high enough up to see any of the action ringside on the opposite side as well.Any wrestling event at MSG is well worth trying to get a ticket for and the advertised cage match between Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels is worth the price of the ticket alone.
