They wouldn't do the Rock and SCSA in the same year. They do one "major" one each year, maybe two- you have several in there.

I could never see The Rock and Austin being inducted in the same year, they're just too popular not headline their own classes.  The rest are absolutely fantastic choices.  However, until Randy Savage is inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, myself and many others will not see it as the legitimate wrestling hall of fame that it should be.
