WWE Professional Wrestling Rankings till July 26, 2010 – 10th to 15th position
Last weeks tough and grueling professional wrestling activities, have left Kane on 1st place, Sheamus on 2nd, Randy Orton on 3rd, The Miz on 4th, Rey Mysterio on 5th, John Cena on 6th, Big Show on 7th, Nexus on 8th and Kofi Kingston on the 9th position.
And it's the Rated – R wrestling superstar, Edge who is on the 10th position in the professional wrestling rankings. Edge went through a tiresome losing streak this week. Edge participated in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match but failed to retrieve the briefcase. After which he participated in a triple threat match against Chris Jericho and Randy Orton. The match ended with Randy Orton going for the cover against Edge, after he executed a devastating R. K. O on Edge.
More beating was in store for Edge as all the Nexus group members encircled Edge in the ring and kicked every part of his body. Edge will have a once in a life time chance to gain back his glory when he will clash against The Nexus group members as a part of John Cena’s team at Summer Slam.
Hart Dynasty proved their superiority on the Samoans Tag Team of Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso when they defeated them at the Money in the Bank, Pay per View. Hart Dynasty is on the 11th position on professional wrestling rankings this week. Many wrestling pundits believe that the recent success of Hart Dynasty is the result of the advices given by the legendary Hall of Famer, Bret “The Hit Man” Hart.
The beautiful Divas Champion, Alicia Fox is on 12th position in the professional wrestling rankings. Alicia Fox successfully defended her Divas Championship against Eve at the Money in the Bank Pay per View.
The two time All-American amateur wrestling champion, Jack Swagger has seen a downfall in his rankings and has landed on the 13th position in the rankings. Jack Swagger suffered a major defeat at the Money in the Bank, Pay per View after Rey Mysterio decisively defeated him. Jack Swagger then went on to receive a huge choke slam by the big red monster, Kane in the middle of the ring.
Jack Swagger then received another defeat from Rey Mysterio when he clashed with him to determine the number one contender for the World Heavy Weight Championship at Summer Slam. Jack Swagger was disqualified from the match when he attacked Rey Mysterio by disregarding the rules of professional wrestling.
The team of two divas, famously known as Lay – Cool won their match against the beautiful blonde, Kelly Kelly at the Money in the Bank, Pay per View. However Lay – Cool disregarded the rules of professional wrestling when Michelle McCool interfered in the match on behalf of her friend Layla and helped her win the match.
Dolph Ziggler has climbed the ladder of success and has gained 15th position in the professional wrestling rankings. Dolph Ziggler gave it his best but stopped short at winning the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Dolph Ziggler was beaten by both Kane and Big Show during the match and was dropped by the high ladder various times.
However, Dolph Ziggler showed his wild side to the professional wrestling world when he clashed with the Inter Continental Champion, Kofi Kingston, on Friday Night Smack Down. It was the official consultant to the Smack Down General Manager, Vickie Guerrero, who helped Dolph Ziggler win the match.
But this fight did not end normally as Dolph Ziggler trapped Kofi Kingston in the dreaded submission hold called the “Sleepers Hold”. The Sleepers Hold is a vicious submission hold and during this move, Dolph Ziggler puts pressure on the neck of his opponent to stop the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain.
