Injured in a match against Triple H. I believe he attempted an RKO and Missed and fell to the floor injuring his collarbone

Randy Orton got injured when he attempted an RKO to Triple H in a Last Man Standing match at One Night Stand. HHH countered by tossing Randy over the top rope. That is when Randy broke his collar bone. He told the ref he had a broken collar bone and Triple H quickly ended the match for Randy's sake after he hit Randy with a sledgehammer in the head.
