WWE: Wrestling Rankings till July 4, 2010 – 6th to 10th position, Money in the Bank ladder matches coming soon!
The wrestling world is heating up because of the arrival of a brand new Pay per View called the “Money in the Bank”. The Money in the Bank, Pay per View will showcase two main matches, where wrestling superstars from RAW and Smack Down will compete in a ladder match to retrieve a briefcase hanging more than 20 feet high above the ring floor.
The superstars winning the matches will get a title shot against the WWE Champion or the World Heavy Weight Champion. Along other matches, this Pay per View will also include a brutal h**l in a Call Match between the Celtic Warrior, “Sheamus” and John Cena for the prestigious WWE championship. At the end of the week it is Sheamus on 1st position, Kofi Kingston on 2nd, Rey Mysterio on 3rd, Randy Orton on 4th and John Cena on 5th position in the professional wrestling rankings.
It is the largest athlete in the world, the 7 foot tall giant, the 500 pounder “Big Show” who is on the 6th position in the WWE ranking for professional wrestlers. Big Show received a hard beating from Jack Swagger last week; after Jack Swagger applied, his vicious submission move called the “Ankle Lock” and nearly broke the ankle of the giant. Big Show also remained at the receiving end, when he teamed up with the World Heavy Weight Champion, Rey Mysterio to fight against the team of Jack Swagger and Dashing Cody Rhodes.
It is the Rated – R wrestling superstar, “Edge” who is on the 7th position this week. Edge has a tough challenge waiting ahead of him, as he is one of the 8 participants who will put their careers on the line to win the upcoming Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Edge is the same wrestler who won the first ever Money in the Bank Ladder Match at Wrestle Mania and cashed his win to become the WWE champion. However, Edge lost his 6th position of last week as he was at the losing side in the Mega Tag Team match on Monday Night RAW.
The current United States Champion, the loud mouth, “Miz” is on the 8th position in the WWE ranking for professional wrestlers. However, Miz was on the losing side in the Mega Tag Team Match last week but he vowed in front of the professional wrestling world that he will become the first wrestler ever to win the United States Championship and the WWE championship at the same time. It will take more than simple words to win the career ending Money in the Bank ladder match.
Jack Swagger has been creating a major impact on Friday Night Smack Down, as climbs the ladder to grab the 9th position in the WWE rankings. Jack Swagger has included a vicious submission lock in his arsenal of fighting moves. This submission lock is called the “Ankle Lock”. Jack Swagger has applied this Ankle Lock on Big Show and Rey Mysterio in successive weeks and nearly broke the ankle of these wrestlers. Jack Swagger who often complains about the fact that he was robbed of his World Heavy Weight title in the Fatal Four Way match, will receive a title shot against the current World Heavy Weight Champion, Rey Mysterio at the upcoming Pay per View.
No one impresses the wrestling world more than this high flying superstar known as Evan Bourne. Evan Bourne has retained his 10th position from last week in the professional wrestling rankings. Evan Bourne became the first wrestler in the State of Missouri to get a wrestling license under the age of 18. Many wrestling pundits have termed Evan Bourne as the favourite to win the upcoming Money in the Bank ladder match. Evan Bourne has been termed favourite because of his high flying manoeuvres and his ability to quickly climb the ladders in the middle of chaos.
