WWE Wrestling Rankings till June 14, 2010 - 4
It is the time to see the rankings of the top wrestlers in the professionally wrestling world of WWE as the Fatal Four Way, Pay per View for the WWE championship and World Heavy Weight Championship is coming near and different championships and careers are on the line. It has been an exciting week in WWE and different wrestlers have climbed the ladder to become the best in professional wrestling while others have simply lost their rankings and prestige.
Rey Mysterio was ranked as the number one player, Big Show as number two, Kofi Kingston at three, John Cena as the number four, Edge on number five, the Hart Dynasty as no six, Randy Orton as no seven, jack Swagger as no eight, R – Truth as no nine, team Lay – Cool as no ten, Sheamus has no eleven, Chris Jericho as no twelve, The Miz as no thirteen, Wade Barrett as no fourteen and Evan Bourne as no fifteen. It is the Captain Charisma, Christian who has occupied the 16th position in the WWE wrestling rankings. Christian who attracts fans from around the world has improved his rankings by beating the arrogant wrestler, Dolph Ziggler. However after beating Dolph Ziggler in the match, Christian got beaten up by Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer when they attacked him from behind. Many believe that Christian will further improve his ranking when he will get the revenge and beat the people who attacked him last week.
Next in line is perhaps the most arrogant wrestler of WWE known as Drew McIntyre. He is disliked by many fans as he is backed by different powerful people in the wrestling establishment. Drew McIntyre lost his ranking and got a drop from the 15th to 17th position when he was beaten up by Matt Hardy on Monday Night RAW, viewers’ choice episode. Drew McIntyre vowed that he will get his revenge and will beat many wrestlers with his elite fighting skills.
It is C M Punk who has seen one of the biggest drops in his rankings as he is ranked as no 18. The Straight Edge savior who is known for his menacing attitude fought a match against John Cena on Monday Night RAW. C M Punk became victim along with John Cena when the entire NXT roster of season 1 attacked him and his society members. In a strange and funny twist, C M Punk said in an interview that 36 armed assailants tried to assassinate him whereas it was only 8 members from NXT season 1.
Next is the demented big red monster Kane on the 19th position, who is perturbed by what happened to Under Taker. Kane found Under Taker in a vegetative state as some one attacked the reaper of souls from behind. Kane vowed to the professional wrestling world that he will find out the culprit and then unleash the pain and punishment never seen before. Kane fought with Sheamus on Monday Night RAW and gave him a beating of his life time. It seems that the person who will try to come in front of Kane will taste pain in the most literal sense.
It is MVP who has managed to retain his 20th position from last week. MVP who is known for his love for partying teamed up with his rookie, Percy Watson on season 2 for professional wrestling on NXT. The tag team of MVP and Percy Watson managed to defeat the tag team of the second generation wrestling superstar, Cody Rhodes and his rookie on NXT, Husky Harris. MVP is the type of a person who doesn’t care much about wrestling rankings and fights other people with honour and dignity. This attitude of MVP has made him famous among the fans of professional wrestling.
These rankings say a lot about the performance of the wrestler in the past week but they may change as different wrestlers score major wins over their opponents. Keep your fingers crossed and watch your favourite wrestlers in action.
