WWE Wrestling Rankings till June 14, 2010 - Part 3
It’s the time to see the rankings of the top wrestlers in the professional wrestling world of WWE as the Fatal Four Way, Pay per View for the WWE championship and World Heavy Weight Championship is coming near and different championships and careers are on the line. It has been an exciting week in WWE and different wrestlers have climbed the ladder to become the best in professional wrestling while others have simply lost their rankings and prestige.
Rey Mysterio was ranked as the number one player, Big Show as number two, Kofi Kingston at three, John Cena as the number four, Edge on number five, the Hart Dynasty as no six, Randy Orton as no seven, jack Swagger as no eight, R – Truth as no nine and team Lay – Cool as no 10. Next in line is the Celtic Warrior, Sheamus who has occupied the 11th position. Sheamus has been bulldozing his way to the ring since his WWE debut and has beaten many famous wrestlers with his dominating power. He clashed with the big red monster, Kane in the Monday Night Raw, viewers’ choice wrestling episode. Sheamus chose to walk away from the match after delivering some hard punches to Kane.
It is one of the most arrogant wrestlers in WWE known as Chris Jericho who is on the 12th position. Chris Jericho had a tough match with the 500 pound Big Show who is also the largest athlete in the world. Chris Jericho unfortunately lost the body slam match and was then thrown over from the top rope by the big giant. This performance took away two points from Chris Jericho and changed his 10th position from last week. Chris Jericho, who is also the former WWE and World Heavy Weight champion is determined to bring back his old glory days when he used to dominate the ring.
It is “The Miz” who has landed on the 13th position after changing his 16th position from last week. The Miz who lost his United States Wrestling championship against R – Truth a couple of weeks ago had a chance to take some revenge when he paired up with Zack Ryder to compete against the tag team of R – Truth and John Morrison. Unfortunately for R – Truth, his team lost the match when his opponents got the chance to pin John Morrison in the middle of the ring. Miz has been scheduled to participate in a Fatal Four Way, Pay per view where he will defend his United States Wrestling Championship against three other famous wrestlers.
The person occupying the 14th position has impacted the professional wrestling world with his brutal attacks and arrogant attitude. It is Wade Barrett from United Kingdom who won the first season of NXT and earned a full time contract in WWE. Wade Barrett along with his other NXT friends launched a brutal attack on the WWE champion John Cena and then destroyed everyone and everything which came in their way. This attacked hugely impacted the ratings of Wade Barrett and promoted him from 24th to 14th position. Wade Barrett said that he will change the very foundations of professional wrestling by dominating everyone in the ring.
It is the high flying Evan Bourne who is on the 15th position in the professional wrestling rankings. This young wrestler has impressed the wrestling world with his high risk manoeuvres. His famous wrestling finisher called the “Air Bourne” requires extreme athletic ability. In this move Evan Bourne jumps high in the air and lands on the abdomen of his opponent. Evan Bourne was missing from action last week and has lost 2 position points and slipped from his former 13th position.
These rankings say a lot about the performance of the wrestler in the past week but they may change as different wrestlers score major wins over their opponents. Keep your fingers crossed and watch your favourite wrestlers in action.
