WWF Invasion on sale on Amazon.com Problem?

Ok, I found a copy of WWF Invasion on Amazon and it says that it is a region 1 dvd, but it doesn't have English as a language. So does it play in Dutch or English?

Why is the run time 12 minutes?

Region 1 Dvd are in English, but they only play in the US Territories, and not in Europe, so if  you live within the US or canada  then your Dvd will work there with english built in it. but if you live out of the US and more in Europe or asia. then your out of luck
