What to buy when travelling?  If you mean souveniers and stuff then I always try to buy local art that means something and will remind me of the trip.

I always have kids who expect food and drink..

so cooler full of water/coke/propel and gatorade ...

then snacks are pepperoni rolls

chex mix

and one treat mnms or sour candies etc.MONEY

if you go by plane i dont recommend you take makeup,shampoo or razors because they will confiscate it. toothbrush and toothpaste is provided by some airlines. but take it just in case.
