for the people that live in the GTA Greater Toronto Area whats with the wacky weather we have been experiencing like a tornado warning yesterday

There's no such thing as normal weather, weather does what it wants when it wants. Canada isn't known for its violent weather but it just happens when the conditions are just right. The fact that Toronto is close to the U.S is also bad because we were just hit with an outbreak of tornadoes in the midwest. The storm systems can easily affect your city as well.
