Wage inequality in the oil industry?

ok I have looked everywhere i know on the web to find this information out. the only sites i have references or are old new. i need some report of 2007-08. can any one suggest a site? what is the industries methods for determining that there was and inequality and what are the wage inequalities in the oil industry?

I'm sure they are vast. At one end you have clericals in some locale who might make very little money. At the other end you have executives who make huge salaries. Of what importance would this be? You certainty wouldn't want salaries to be equal.
