What would happen to wages and employment levels of engineers if government expenditures on research and development were to fall?

  2. wages-nothing much b'coz eng arent highest paid in govt. r&d (besides employment regulations) the power of govt as the main buyer also note efficincy wages and marginal output determine wages rather than unemploymtnt in such cases

    now employment will decrease definitely bcoz a good no of jobs lost.
