Misyar is haram but it's more more better than Muta

because it's almost like normal marriage but few difference and it's not allowed because these difference about the wife rights in divorce !

Misyar is just another sunnis biddah. It is very immoral. It's like leaving your wife with baby at the side of the road in the middle of nowhere and driving off. People do that with dogs and cats but sunnis do that with human beings. And they complain about Mutah! Mutah is halal and was practised by the sahabah (RA) during and after the time of the Prophet (SAW).

At least mutah allots a time which both parties agree on and after the term ends the guy still has the responsibilities of a nikah father after divorce.

Misyar is not permissible, and a number of the Ulemaa have mentioned that such as Ibn Baaz, Ibn Uthaymeen and other than them.
