Wahat are some foods that will fill you up fast and make it seem you ate alot but didnt?

  1. First of all you need to lose the idea that you need to feel full.  If you eat a small meal in about 10 minutes after you eat you will be satisfied or not feel hungry anymore.  Generally we eat until we feel full but are over eating because it takes our bodies approximately 10 minutes to signal to us that we are full.

    Secondly if you want to feel full, try drinking a large glass of water before you eat. It will be good for you and give you the feeling you are looking for.

  2. Fruits and veggies have a lot of water and fiber that fill you up with little calories.

  3. anything with a lot of carbs..

    maybe a small salad and slice of thick lasagna.

    (mostly pastas, sometimes even soups b/c of the liquid..)

  5. plain white bread. i jus loose my appetite when i bite into them. I mean plain white, not sweet or anythin else coz those make u wanna eat more o them

  6. Fruits and vegetables. Lettuces, cabbage, cucumbers all have a higher water content and make you feel full. Same with most fruits.

  7. Beans are very filling, contain lots of fiber and protein.  And will keep you full for a long period of time.
