Australia

40,000 years prior to British Colonial Invasion it was successfully inhabited by the Indigenous Australians. After which point it was 'settled' by convicts who stole land and deemed that Australia was 'terra nullius' (no body lived here prior to the brits).

We are a two party preferred nation, the labor party currently are the party in power. We are a constitutional monarchy, the Queen of England is our Queen.

5 States, 2 Territories.

We are the largest Island and the Smallest Continent. We are a dry nation with all Major cities being on, or close to the coast line. We have alot of desert, mostly in the middle. We have a giant rock called Uluru, the biggest rock in the world.

We have Kangaroos and Emus as our native emblems, and we are allowed to eat them (the only nation in the world, that i know of, that is allowed to do this).

Our people freely admit to being lazy and drinking alot. We have a great sense of humour and will almost always support the under-dog, indeed we don't like those who win too often.

It is very hot here during summer, but we are a great nation... except for our problems :P
