A struggling country, trying to play with the big boys.  The people running the country are terrorists, and fund and support terrorism throughout the world.  They also threaten to go to war with Israel.  If the people would stand up for themselves, oust the fanatics running their country, and realize that the world is in the 21st century, and that we are no longer Nomads living in Tribal existences, the rest of the world would look upon them in a better light.  Until then, it will be a third world country, one that is a danger for peaceful co-existence around the world.  It will be looked upon much like North Korea is looked upon.  A bothersome pest, and we just might have to get the "flea powder" out soon, if things don't change.

Iran is a great and lovely country to visit, the natural resources are tremendous, the landscape is one of the best world wide, specially in the northern parts, the country could be one of the richest in the world if the political regime is adopting non policing system and avoid fanaticism, I am not against religion but I prefer not to mix religion with politics. by the way i like your people they are so intellectual and decent, i have lot of friends from Iran or their origin is Iran
