Usually between 10 and 11 - wake up around 6:30

Between 1 and 2 am and get up with my kids about eight or nine.

in the summer i sleep later than in the winter,i dont know why!so in the summer i fall asleep around 1am and i have to wake up for work around 07.30....

I try to go to bed at 8:30 so my skin can be refreshed, but usually go to bed at 9 or 10!

I'm in bed by 9:30pm the latest on weeknights ,I'm up at 3:30am on weekdays my job starts at 5am. It's early but I'm off work at 2pm so I have the rest of the summer days to enjoy.

Every night unless I am out is 11.30, wake up around 2am, wake up around 5 am and get up around 6.45am
