Question:

Wait...what is so great about heaven?

If it is a perfect little society, where everything you could ever want is handed to you, then what is the point? Life is boring, pointless, and repetitive without challenges to overcome and I assume the afterlife would be no different. If you say that you'll be reunited with loved ones and such, think about how dull conversation would be after you "catch up".

  1. What is so great about heaven?

Well it certainly beats the other place....h**l.

Look, God took 6 days to make the Universe and everything in it.

Jesus (God) has had 2 thousands years preparing us a place.

John 14:3  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Make sure you make a reservation before it's too late.

  2. None of the movies in heaven have a plot because there is no need to thwart evil.

There are no games because you can never lose at anything.

You have the same perfect meal with the same perfect people and talk about the same perfect thing every time you sit down to eat... but no you don't, you don't get hungry in heaven. You have nothing you could possibly want...

Heaven represents a static perfection that is completely undynamic. It is impossible for heaven to exist because good is only defined by the alternative. It is all relative. It must be that way or nothing would ever happen... ever... evil is necessary. Without it, we would be lost. And this is a concept that no christian will ever be able to grasp, but it is so obvious to me.

  3. Your right you would not fit in.

  4. It is perfect for the estate agents (clergy) who sell you a space, guaranteed entry.

The place doesn't exist so it is money for nothing and your tricks for free.

  5. Peace and blessings be upon you.

None can know what inside the heaven and how it is looked like , they say in it what the eyes never seen , what the ears never hear , and what will never come in the minds of people.

In addition to that , alll what you want ,you will find there.

Also said ,we will never bored there.

  6. Good question. First off heaven would be boring the way you described it but I believe that is not the case. I am sure heaven is always changing and you are always learning and growing. There is no time in heaven so that is something we don't understand. Imagine all the entertainment you would have watching others lifes. There is no fear or pain in heaven. It is our true home and its going to be amazing. You are enjoying God's creation and him.  Heaven is so much better then this earth that there are no words to describe it. God created everything you enjoy and love so you think he would make paradise boring? Imagine your most happy moment on earth and multiply that as many times as you want and leave it that way forever.

  7. Boredom is a human experience. I'm sure heaven is nothing like you think.

  8. Its about being with god our creator who loves us.

  9. We cant really grasp time spans that go past say a thousand years

While eternity seems nice, once you get to like a billion years you might be ready to call it quits

  10. How very very sad of a person YOU are. You've nothing better to do than to attempt to make fun of Heaven.

Heaven is not a [little] society. It's Gods Kingdom where people choose to be. Heaven is more than seeing those who have gone before us. It's much more than [your little] mind can comprehend.

Who told you that things are handed to you in Heaven? What's the point? Life is boring, pointless, and repetitive without challenges to overcome and [you] assume the afterlife would be [no] different?

If that's all [your] life is, then why are you still here? Could it be that you know that if you were to die right now you [wouldn't] go to Heaven? Maybe [your] life is boring, pointless, and repetitive without challenges to overcome, but mine isn't and I'm disabled. I've got a lot to do before I leave this earth and stupid questions like this one behind.

Heaven is so Awesome that our brains cannot possibly comprehend what it's really like. Heaven is perfection and beauty beyond  anything you can dare to imagine.

I won't be taking up to 23 pills every day. No more daily migraines, no more daily pain, our parents won't be ill anymore, our children will no longer be molested, our brothers will no longer be murdered walking down the street, our grandparents won't have to lock their doors anymore, and our sisters will no longer be beaten and left for dead.

And please, no one give me that, "then why did God make you sick?" c**p. God didn't make me sick. The devil did that. God doesn't make His children sick.

If you're still wondering what's so great about Heaven, maybe you should open a Bible and try reading it. Try the New Testament for a change, you'll be surprised what Jesus has to say.

  11. The light of the world is there and will never go out

  12. What is so great about heaven to the faithful is not what will come "after" but just how much delusion they can brain wash themselves with to live this "facade" of perfection while on earth. It also helps to know that regardless of what you do once you are "of" this God, you are "guiltless" for he forgives the piece of c**p you are. It has made many a lazy man and woman RICH to teach others how to accomplish this way of mind set so don't knock it. They are the greatest criminals in existence who have escaped the prosecution of many governments for even they benefit to have peoples being subservients........

  13. seriously! after already having a retirement plan set up on earth, who would want to do that for a whole eternity!?

oh and with no s*x! that's just ridiculous.

  14. Have you ever thought how Revaluations read like a Acid trip? There is a mold that grows in the carnal of grains. When baked in to bread it coses a hallucinogenic affect and you will see a new world and a new heaven.Have you asked why the very religious fir death the most?

In Haven there ain't no Beer,That's why we drink it here.

  15. Believe me the fear alone of displeasing the crazed monster who runs the place would soon make it the real h**l .

  16. no taxes and you know who will win every superbowl           forever

  17. well, eternity is going to follow you to youre grave like it or not.

so, if you accept Jesus into your heart, then you will have anything that you will ever want and need after you die.

if not, then you will spend eternity in h**l. h**l is a place where all non-believers go and suffer for the rest of eternity. h**l is so bad, it is undiscribible. Heaven is so wonderful and majestic that it is undiscribible. So it is all up to you to choose where you are going to go after you die.

An amazing and beautiful place filled with happiness.         or

An everlasting nightmare filled with pain and missery.

God wants to know you and love you and take you in as his own....if you allow him to.

  18. Up there they have Harp Hero.

    Instead of Guitar Hero.

    Harp ... Hero ...

    Nevermind.

  19. i thought about this at one time too and i couldnt understand...however i have recently thought more about it and i realized that 1. we will not be humans we will be spirits (we will have spiritual interests not physical we can not understand this now because we are physical beings) 2. all the perfection intended for us in the garden of eden will be restored to us in heaven(just think u want to go somewhere and ur there...ever wanted to fly? u will have ur chance in heaven...any questions u could never find an answer to? God has books containing all knowledge in heaven and also we will kno more than we do now anyway) 3. we will appear in our true form (yes i am saying the face u see in the mirror is not the real u...even if u are the most beautiful girl or the handsomest guy in the world ur heavenly form will be even more stunning) 4. how many worlds with intelligent life and beings who have souls has God created? (think about how long He has had with no beginning and no end... there could be other beings besides angels and cherubim and humans and the other races mentioned in the Bible) all the possibilities of awesomeness in heaven are astounding  and especially if u compare it to h**l even eternal boredom ,if that were the case, would be better than eternal torture

  20. as humans, and not God Himself, we can't really answer that question.  and I point out that although someone mentioned it would suck to lose s*x, and at the moment I do agree, I must point out that s*x is a physical and worldly desire and it will be lost when our souls are in His hands.  As for me, I want heaven.

  21. I've thought that too. Eternity would be SO long.

  22. You, obviously have no concept of God or of where we are going to live with him. There will be not one boring second with him.

h**l on the other hand will be tediously monotonous everlasting torment.

Here is where we are going:

Rev 21:1   Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone.

Rev 21:2   And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a beautiful bride prepared for her husband.

Rev 21:3   I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, "Look, the home of God is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.[fn1]

Rev 21:4   He will remove all of their sorrows, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. For the old world and its evils are gone forever."

Rev 21:5   And the one sitting on the throne said, "Look, I am making all things new!" And then he said to me, "Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true."

Rev 21:6   And he also said, "It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega-the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give the springs of the water of life without charge!

Rev 21:7   All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children.

Rev 21:8   But cowards who turn away from me, and unbelievers, and the corrupt, and murderers, and the immoral, and those who practice witchcraft, and idol worshipers, and all liars-their doom is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. This is the second death."

Rev 21:9   Then one of the seven angels who held the seven bowls containing the seven last plagues came and said to me, "Come with me! I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb."

Rev 21:10   So he took me in spirit[fn2] to a great, high mountain, and he showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God.

Rev 21:11   It was filled with the glory of God and sparkled like a precious gem, crystal clear like jasper.

Rev 21:12   Its walls were broad and high, with twelve gates guarded by twelve angels. And the names of the twelve tribes of Israel were written on the gates.

Rev 21:13   There were three gates on each side-east, north, south, and west.

Rev 21:14   The wall of the city had twelve foundation stones, and on them were written the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

Rev 21:15   The angel who talked to me held in his hand a gold measuring stick to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.

Rev 21:16   When he measured it, he found it was a square, as wide as it was long. In fact, it was in the form of a cube, for its length and width and height were each 1,400 miles.[fn3]

Rev 21:17   Then he measured the walls and found them to be 216 feet thick[fn4] (the angel used a standard human measure).

Rev 21:18   The wall was made of jasper, and the city was pure gold, as clear as glass.

Rev 21:19   The wall of the city was built on foundation stones inlaid with twelve gems: the first was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald,

Rev 21:20   the fifth onyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, the twelfth amethyst.

Rev 21:21   The twelve gates were made of pearls-each gate from a single pearl! And the main street was pure gold, as clear as glass.

Rev 21:22   No temple could be seen in the city, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.

Rev 21:23   And the city has no need of sun or moon, for the glory of God illuminates the city, and the Lamb is its light.

Rev 21:24   The nations of the earth will walk in its light, and the rulers of the world will come and bring their glory to it.

Rev 21:25   Its gates never close at the end of day because there is no night.

Rev 21:26   And all the nations will bring their glory and honor into the city.

Rev 21:27   Nothing evil will be allowed to enter-no one who practices shameful idolatry and dishonesty-but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
