Question:

Waiting in line at Circuit City for Black Friday?

I am going to be Black Friday shopping at Circuit City this year and was wondering if anyone else has done this. I am looking for the best time to get there to get a good spot in line. Last year I got to Target two hours before they opened and I was #4 in line. I know that Best Buy and Circuit City usually have people camping out. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks!

  1. start now u will b the first person in line and u will get on the news

  2. If you don't want to battle the lines you can always shop online.  This site has alot of the Black Friday ads from stores like Circuit City, JC Penney, Target, Macy's.  It could save you some time and money. http://www.dealtaker.com/Black-Friday-20...

  3. I used to work for circuit city. I couldnt even tell you when the best time to arrive, the lines were already SO long by the time i reported to work an HOUR before opening time.

    Good luck!

  4. If you're going to do this, you HAVE to make it worth your while.  Think about how much you're going to save, divide it by the hours you're going to spend waiting in line, and decide if it's worth it.

  5. I hope whatever you're looking for is worth the wait!

  6. I would get there at least a couple hours ahead of time. I was at best buy last year. If you are buying things from different departments you should have more than 1 person with you.

  7. People, the Black Friday deals at Circuit City are amazing this year. And yes, it is definitely worth it, even considering the time and energy that you might lose from staying out.

Anyways, last year, I went to Circuit City at around 2 am and I was maybe 50th in line. If you want to be in the first ten, I think you should probably go around 9 pm the day before.

Good luck, and I hope this year provides a good Black Friday for you!
