Waiting on a package?

Should I be thinking I was scammed.I ordered a navel ring on Feb.13.It's been 9 days,I ordered from Thailand shop.com and I live in Texas.They claim they ship by FedEx but,no package yet.They say the delivery is from their warehouse in Thailand.The number can not be dialed as directed.And yes my card records! they got their money! I'm not sure how to go about this because this was the first time I ordered over the internet.Can someone give me an idea.

Just call the credit card company and dispute the charges. Since you did not receive the shipment and they cannot tell you when the shipment is expected to arrive you should not have trouble disputing the charge. Either this company has terrible systems that cannot track their shipments or is scam. Take steps to protect yourself and others from this company.
