Waitress Order Book? Where to Buy?

Question

Where can I buy an order book? Would I need to go to a restaurant supply store or will like Staples/Smart and Final carry something like that?

My new job didn't give me one and no one knows where to get them other than stealing them from other restaurants.

I also just use scrap paper lying around the restaurant.(receipt paper, old special cards, and menus).  I don't feel the need to spend money on an order book when I will just throw the order away in less than an hour.

Please! You must be a new server. Order books are pointless. Here are cheaper/free options.

Those little jotter notepads. They're like 3 inches by 5 inches.

Register tape. Take multiple pieces, staple together and take down orders.

Take old menus, fold and divide into 8 sections. Staple them together and write on the free back.
