Waitress at On The Border?

Question

I'm going to be working at OTB full time for the summer as a server. I was just wondering how much I could expect to take home each night/weekend. Located in central USA.

It really depends on you. If you're friendly, personable and provide quality service, you can expect to get great tips. Do your homework in advance, get to know the restaurant layout so you can provide fast, quality service to patrons. Practice waitressing to your family and ask them to give you feedback. This will help you to know what to do and be in top form when you start. Smile at customers, be polite and curteous. Memorize the menu from now so you can answer their questions with ease.If  you put in enough effort you'll take home alot of money in tips! Good luck!
