Waiver wire question??

Question

Some guy just dropped Kevin Curtis and he's on waivers. I wanted to ask you if you think i should get him. I know he's out for like 8 weeks but my worst WR is Bryant Johnson. Other WRs on the wire are McDonald, Walter, Patten ,toomer, Hester, bennett, rice, gaffney, meachem, curry, gage, randle el, and muhammed. Who do you think I should get?????

I'd pass on Kevin Curtis and, if you really need a WR, get either Bryant Johnson, Shaun McDonald, Jabar Gaffney, or Mushin Muhammad.  Chances are they will be the 1st person you drop should they not perform, so don't think too hard on it...

Depending on if you have enough WRs to start the season, I would go with Curtis.  He had his first 1000+ yd season last year and is the #1 guy in Philly.  McNabb looks good and I think Curtis could have a good second half when he returns.  I'm not really big on any of those other guys, except maybe Hester, if you are willing to take a shot on him.
