Wake up at 3:00 am??

Question

I've woke up at 3:00 am twice ever that i know of, and i know some people say its "unlucky" or sumthing like that, then i get scared and i try quickly to get back to sleep. haha.

When you wake up at that time, is a spirit trying to contact you? Or sumthing like that? or is it not a big deal, you just woke up?

well i saw the movie 'the exorcism of emily rose' which is based on a true story, and it said she woke up at 3 AM, and got posessed.

and then everyone working on the case of her death woke up at 3 am,

which was supposedly a haunting from evil spirits.

in the movie the guy said that 3 AM is the direct opposite of 3pm which

is when christ died, so therefore 3 AM is like the time of demons or something.

im usually not a person who refers to movies, but this ones based on a true story.

Don't worry about it, unless of course it is 3.15 am (those of you who've seen The Amityville Horror, The Sentinel, and The Legacy, you'll know why).

If you wake up at 3.15, something is trying to take your soul.

ughh your so not alone. About a week ago I began waking up at EXACTLY three, seriously everytime I look at my clock immediatly its three!! then it was like 3:32 3:48 so I got less scared... Insomnia sucks doesnt it?

From a religious point of view, 3:00 am is the "witching hour". Jesus died at 3:00 pm, and 3:00 am is the devil mocking Jesus's death. Apparently you're supposed to see the devil or become possessed and all that good stuff. But I would say that you just woke up at 3, so don't worry, haha :)

It's weird how your brain works, it tends to know exactly when it's 3am and wakes you up. People may be skeptical about something spiritual happening, but then some people will think about it spiritually.

I always seem to look at the clock when it's 11.11 and always seems to wake up  when it's 2.22am.

I guess it's just something we'll never know about :)

Whenever I wake up at 3AM, if it's not related to general insomnia, it's usually because that's the time I happen to realize that my bladder is full.

I remember one time I woke up at 3:00. The next day I found out my grandma died...personally I think its just a coincidence.

Its just normal though. I already experienced I think (?) 5 times waking up with the exact time. I also get scared but nothing happens to me. But they do say thats the time when evil spirits come out. But I dont believe in such thing.

Some people have sharp internal clock and you can safely suppose that your body woke you up for that reason. There are times when my body wakes up at 3:30 or 5:30 sharp *shrugs*
