Question:

Wake-up light alarm clocks?

I've been reading about the light alarm clocks (rather than a loud BEEP BEEP BEEP, it increases gradually in brightness), and wanted to know if they're worth it. Especially for the price tag.

What if you turn over in your sleep? Or if your sleep schedule demands that you wake up at 10:00 AM when the sun is already out and the room is fairly well lit anyway? Or you're used to sleeping in the day (I have a night job)?

  1. if you have a night job, i'm not sure they will help you as much - you are already adapted.

You could make sure you can return it, and for how long before you buy it.

    I bought a Zen clock

    http://www.now-zen.com/

it dings, then waits about 6 minutes, then dings and waits 3 minutes, then dings and waits a minute -

after about 15 minutes, it is dinging about every 2 seconds. It worked for me ( for a few years, till i got used to it) when nothing else did.

  2. there retarted i dont think it would be worth it. your body would get use to the lightand you wont wake up to it anymore
