Wakeboard tip problem need help!?

Question

hey i have a kinda have a rounded tip and i want it to look like a flat tip

what can i do?

I DO NOT WANT TO DESTROY IT OR BUY A NEW WAKEBOARD!!!

a rounded tip releases for the wake quicker while a squared off tip will allow the board to sit deeper in the water when on edge and will cut further up the wake before it release allow for a greater increase in speed.  You have what you have, there's no way to change it with out destroying your board.

the tips arent there as a fahion statement, they serve a purpose that varies with whatever board you have... it must be an older board buecause not many of the newer ones come with the completely roundedn tips..

my advice.. dont mess with the board at all... you'll just end up ruining either the way it rides or the way it looks..there isnt much else you can do besides get a newer one..
