  1. when u get up, put a lot of weight on your back foot

  2. make sure you're letting the boat pull you up.

don't try to stand up because you'll just fall forward.

stay in that ball as long as you can and you'll pop right up.

it would help to know if you're falling forward or backward.

  3. sound like your arms are OK. think about your legs. once the boat moves are you straightening them out? doing that too quickly can just plow water up in front of you to where the force is too much to hang on. I tell my buddies 2 things. when you think you should try to stand up, count to 3 then stand up. and also, point your toes toward the direction of the boat . you know how, if you were sitting on the ground, some one might "give you a hand up" by sticking a hand down then pull you up while they are standing? the motion you would use is what you need  : the up motion with the forward motion.

try making contact with your Knees and elbows while your knees are all pulled up as you described. when the boat moves don't lose contact between the 2 . this should pull you to a squat. quickly point the board whichever side forward and stand. I have a friend that couldn't get up. He balances while standing on the board (while it is under water). when the boat moves the board pops up and he's on it. you have to be ready for the board to move up doing this, but that is how I learned to get up years ago ( I saw this technique at a pro event) I'm a water skier and was using too much of that technique which is not a good thing. WITH YOU FALLING FORWARD YOU'RE STANDING UP TOO QUICK. BE PATIENT. THE COUNT TO 3 THING SHOULD DO IT.
