  1. okay so start with you laying on your back in the water with your knees bent at a 45 degree angle. the boat needs to go slow when starting and the fast when you start to stand up otherwise you'll fall if you go slow. once you feel the boat pull you do a leg press. if you dont' know what that is than pretend like your standing up from a squat or getting up froma chair. push a little harder with the leg you want in the back and keep your weight centered.

  2. Okay, Hold on to the handle

Sit with your bum in the water, with the wakeboard in front. the wakeboard and the life jacket will float. Keep your knees close together. The boat must go fairly fast. You will feel a pull, once you feel that you are on top of the water, stand up and turn sideways with whatever leg is confortable. Keep your knees bent and tuck your butt in. Make sure to keep your shoulders square to the handle, but keep your body sideways. Keep both arms almost straight, but slightly bent. Do not lean too far forward or you will bury the nose and fall. DONT BE AFRAID TO FALL!!

If this doesnt help, this might.
