Wakeboarding/Waterskiing Training ?

i want to be really good at Wakeboarding/Waterskiing this summer at camp , thats in like 3 months and i want to know is there any excerises i should do or traning , im not in amazing shape, just okay.

  1. For your legs some running, stairs, squats and dead lifts are the way to go, especially if you are starting out

    For upper body bent over rows, military presses, pull ups, curls, and benching are all pretty good too
